The 19th ANNUAL COLUMBIA COMMUNITY EASTER EGG HUNT At Glatfelter Field - Saturday April 20, 2019
Games
Prizes
Each year since 2001, Impact Christian Center has held a free community egg hunt at Glatfelter Field in Columbia, PA. The Egg Hunt typically falls on the Saturday before Easter Sunday and is held rain or shine. The field opens at 10:00am for door prize registration, games, food and the silent auction. Each child ages birth to age 12 and each adult parent must pick up a free ticket at the field on the day of the Egg Hunt in order to be eligible for door prizes. No ticket is needed to participate in the actual egg hunt.
Ten thousand empty plastic eggs are spread on the football field for each of the six age groups to collect and then redeem for candy. There are separate Egg Hunts for each age group with the first Egg Hunt for the youngest age group beginning about 1:00pm. The age groups are: birth to 2 years old, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12.
Through the generous donations of local businesses and individuals, we are able to give away many prizes to the children. We draw tickets for those who have registered to give away up to 12 bikes and many other prizes including mini golf tickets, rollerskating and laser tag parties, lots of candy and snacks, and a grand prize.
We are very pleased to announce that the New Life Drama team (nldc.com) will be back and will be providing free entertainment throughout the morning.
Note: If you have a child with special needs, check at REGISTRATION for instructions.
Please join us as we enjoy another great time at Glatfelter Field !
There will be various food vendors and vendors for games again this year.
Important: No ticket is needed to participate in the actual egg hunt. Please pick up your free ticket for Door Prize Drawings at Registration - You must be present to win. Pre-Registration for Door Prizes at the Egg Hunt is not available.
